Role Description

As an Inbound SDR, you are our 'qualifier' and educator. Your goal is to maximize the value of existing interest and convert leads into qualified sales opportunities.

Your Responsibilities

    Follow-up calls

    You contact free-trial users and leads who interacted with our material. This role is heavily phone-based.

    Nurture

    You manage the nurture phase of the sales cycle, warming up the customer before the hard sale.

  • 3

    Sales Support

    You handle light support tickets that arise during the sales process to eliminate buying friction.

  • 4

    Qualifying

    You ensure leads hold the right quality before they are passed on, measured by pipeline value and show-rate.

    CRM Management

    You ensure leads moving between different funnels are handled correctly and structurally.

    You have the capacity to lead conversations naturally.

    Experience

    You are used to working systematically in CRM systems and have experience selling complex products/services.
